They said I damaged the car. after my insurance, numerous photos, and witnesses. we all agreed there was no damage to the car. THEY SAID I DID, AND I AM GOING TO PAY..........THEN
They JUST charged my credit card. 700.00

Fast service, no hard sell to buy insurance when I'm already covered and their courtesy transportation is the reason I always rent from Enterprise.

Why are the cars always filthy when i rent one? Every Single Time? Have told the staff there about this all the time and nothing changes. I tell them the car is filthy and they give me free upgrade for the next dirty rental, not helpful, clean the cars please. I have to take them to get detailed before i stand to get into them. This has been happening for years. So gross.
