wife of husband(cashier), husband(embroidery guy), was flirting with me while her husbandwas in back of shop....twiring her hair, touching my hand "on accident," asked for certain color 2 times, still wrote other color on paper. asked for certain color third time, left original color on paper. stated a 4th time, "pls. make sure you use the color i asked for." 5th time, got a call about 6 days later..."just want to make sure you want this color, because i don't know which color you want and there are 2 colors written on paper." after 5th time, apparently they understood what color was to be embroidered. slightly to moderately rude man working there. greeting was "ok" nothing special. conclusion: pathetic ability as far as customer service; hundreds of other shops in phx.
