do NOT order from this company. i placed an order last week directly on their website and called to check on the status today. they told me they were in the process of issuing a 'refund'. WHAT?? they're canceling my order because of a mistake in the pricing on their website which made it more expensive to ship than what it cost... huh!?? i've been waiting for the item i purchased and because i ordered it from them i'm and they're canceling it, i will be without an item thAat i rely on DAILY. extremely BAD service. i repeat, do NOT order from this company!
