I live in TX. In March, I bought 2 pairs of pants online from the DXL store on E. Camelback in Phoenix. Appox. 30 days later, someone started to charge/attempt to make charges using my credit card number AND personal information, all of which I had given them, to ship me my purchase. All the charges were made with in several miles of the DXL location. When I called the store and corporate office all they could tell me was to cancel my card but that there was nothing else they could do. I believe they have serious security and privacy issues.
