I was a newbie to nitro rc cars. I was having trouble tuning it properly. I took it down to Duncans so they could do this for me.The next day, I went in to pick it up. I instantly noticed that it had been wrecked, the body clip posts were noticeably scraped down, as if it were rubbed and grinded down on pavement.The employee didn't tell me anything about it. I thought that I wouldn't be lied to being that I had just purchased this $600.00 rc truck from them. Sorry guys, but when you do something to damage somebody elses items, you need to "man-up" and accept responsibility and pay for damages.The REVO was no more than a month old, this is why it was so noticeable.But! I will still shop here, before ever stepping into Hobby Bench. It would be a cold day in he11 before I step into Hobby Bench!

i bought a nitro gas truck from a online place and took it to them to have em look at it and help me get it running he tuned it in and got it running for me for free they are very good people there and i will keep going back they went out of there way to help me not only once but twice.. keep up the good work guys ;)

Darn Shame that they don't have one up in Surprise. One of the best hobby stores that I have been to and is hard to beat their customer service. They stand by their products and will help fix products that they have sold you.

This small hobby shop reminds me of my child hood hobby shop. The staff is friendly and puts service, above all, I couldn't believe my eyes, when the exchanged an expensive product that had a recall. Every other hobby shop would have told this guy to call the manufacture. The owner and his crew is love to answer questions, and is willing to help even after the purchase. I haven't seen any hobby shops in town that will allow you to work on your own product, nor will any hobby shop help you on the spot, as long as there not packed with people. I will never go anywhere else, now that I know of them.

Duncan's RC is a great place to get personalized support and to make some friends.The staff is always very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you with you helicopter, plane, or car.
