I contacted Dunbar Spring mid-morning and spoke with Mark. I explained that I had a broken rear shackle and he told me to bring it in straight away. After arriving and checking out my vehicle, Mark explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. I didn't want any surprises. I had Mark and the staff start the work and they were done very promptly. The staff of mechanics there, as well as the office staff were very courteous and professional . I will continue to use their services as needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Dave Campbell and his staff are the untmost professionals. They provide incredible customer service and stand behind their work. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of suspension work. Truly the best.
