TERRIBLE, NON-CARING, RUDE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve a 1/2 Star. I called them this morning to get a ride scheduled for a partially blind Senior Citizen for a doctor's appointment that was 4 days away (called on Monday morning for a Thursday appointment). They told me I need to schedule 4 days in advance, I was referred to them and the referral service told me a ride needed to be scheduled 3 days in advance. DUET doesn't care about the Senior Community. Will NEVER use them again
