Don't use Dollar. What was supposed to be $128 turned out costing $298. And, I didn't buy their insurance. So many hidden cost. I booked it over the internet. Also, needed to rent the car and extra day---I had to drive 2.5 hours back to the airport. Dollar said that Phoenix doesn't allow it to be done over the phone. The return was easy and the young man who checked the car was fast and courteous---the only good thing I can say about the whole experience.
