The movers took great care in wrapping all of my furniture items with both plastic and blankets to prevent any kind of damage. I also used them to pack most of my household items (mostly from the kitchen). The movers were on time and moved efficiently. I was very pleased overall with the level of care taken and I would most certainly use Dircks again in the future.

Used Dircks Moving Services when I needed to move across the valley. They came out and gave me an estimate which was spot on; the day of the move they were on time and very professional. I did not have to worry about my stuff being beat up because they wrapped everything! I would highly recomend using them if you want a professional moving company.

I was unsatisfied with the handling of my move. I had furniture damaged during the move that was left outside to be inspected for repairs. The final amount they offered for the furniture was well below the value of the furniture and was just to cover repairs. My washing machine arrived and when it was hooked up the motor was making a loud noise. They refused to cover the new motor, saying that it was mechanical failure, however the machine worked fine when it left my last station. The movers had no tools to put furniture pieces back together, so I had to do it myself. There were other small damages to furniture which I did not claim, trying to be reasonable, and knowing that things happen during moves. However, the final outcome for the two things I did claim was unreasonable in my opinion. Now I'm left with a large piece of furniture still sitting in my driveway, completely ruined, and I have to figure out how to dispose of it.

I highly recommend using Dircks Moving Services for your office. Moving can be such a hassle and a very stressful experience. That's what everyone told me as we prepared for our move last spring. But finding Dircks made the difference, and instead of worrying about the whole ordeal, every detail was handled by my Dircks rep Brandon, and the move went off without a hitch. Any little issues that arose throughout the process were handled immediately. And considering how complicated it could have been since we actually had to move in 3 different stages, and how much we really did have to move after 20 years in one location, we were amazed at how reasonable the cost was. If you need to make a change and move your business, do yourself a big favor and call Dircks for an estimate. Then pick them to do the job for you-it will be one less headache for you to deal with.

I have used Dircks four times now and sure hope I never have to move again - but if I do, I would not hesitate to use Dircks. I have not had one complaint in the multiple times Dircks has moved me.



Each time: the van was on time, the movers were courteous, helpful and efficient. I had them pack everything. When I got to my new home, they unpacked all of the boxes in the designated rooms and removed all of the packing materials. All I had to do was put things away.



Moving can be a miserable experience but frankly, Dircks made it just about as pleasant as it posssibly could be.

Dircks is great! We recently had a local move that we were dreading. We contacted a few moving companies and a got a few moving quotes. Dircks provided a higher quote but we felt more comfortable with them due the their knowledge and understanding of what we needed. Everyone from our sales consultant to our move coordinator to our actual mover was great. Very accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond what we expected. The guys on the crew were great to be around and almost made moving fun. I would defintely use Dircks again.

The guys that came to my house were professional, clean and treated my furniture as if it belonged to them.

I had moved several times before with "friends and trucks" and this time decided to save myself the stress and use a moving company. I could not be more impressed and will never move myself again.

The guys came in, protected my doorways, hallways, floors and anything they felt may have a chance of getting scuffed.

I only moved accross town but they way the loaded and wrapped my belongings you would have thought I was moving accross the country.

My moving consultant stayed in touch with me during the entire process and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my move. I strongly recommend this company for a stress free move they are top quality movers!
