Scheduled an appointment with all the details of the repairs and had to wait a week for them to tell me that the warranty repairs would cost $900, which was more than I paid for the washer. Not sure why they could not have told me that when they received the Whirlpool warranty work order. Check the BBB before you call.

I would highly recommend Dino's for appliance repair. Chris was here on the date scheduled and on time. In less than an hour he had replaced the defective part in my refrigerator and had it working great.
Chris was prompt, experienced, professional and polite. I couldn't have asked for or received better service. GREAT JOB DINO'S!

Do not, do not deal with these people. Dino, cares not about any person or situation. Took more than a month to even get a response. Was stuck with them, because a family member got an extended warranty that had us at heir mercy. Couldn't take it any more, ordered factory authorized part, had it in 2 working days and installed it myself. I am a 63 year old grandmother. When I called him, he was rude. I told him I yelped and his response was, go ahead yelp, yelp, yelp. I did and I will continue.

The icemaker in our fridge had gone out and was still under warranty. Lowes contacted Dinos and they called us to set up an appointment. Jake was on time and friendly but unfortunately they had to ship our new icemaker from Tuscon and he had to come back on Friday to install. No big deal. He came back and had it done in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely contact them for our other appliances that are not under warranty. Excellent service! Thanks!

STAY AWAY from this company. There are MUCH better companies out there with better work ethic and service. I would highly suggest saving your money and going elsewhere. We replaced an ice maker 5 months ago and used Dino's Appliance Factory Repair. It stopped working yesterday. I spoke with Dino, the owner, and he said they only guarantee parts/labor for 90 days. I asked if he would waive service call fee to assess problem since only 5 months had passed since he replaced the entire unit... he refused. He said he could not and would not stand by his work outside of the 90 day period. I called another appliance repair place in Phoenix and they guarantee work for a FULL YEAR parts and labor.

I bought a Whirlpool Washer from HD and needed a service call. Dino's was assigned the service call and i have to say, very professional, knowledgeable, curtious and I could not have asked for more.! Without question will use again in fact trying to schedule a service call for my 10 year old oven.
