Ermano was very good at explaining and suggesting changes needed. I had been told that I should have new windows. He showed me where the only leak was located and what could be done to correct the problem.

I would not use this company, we had a special pricing for them to come out and service our air conditioner. He tried to up sell us on new coils and to replace the air handler unit, which seemed really odd as the home is less than 10 years old. 3 Days later the air stopped being cold, so we called someone else out as we did not want them coming back out again. The unit was out of freon, as the connection was lose.

The tech from Desert Valley Aire exceeded my expectations. He was courteous and informed me of everything I needed to know. As a representative of his company he did an excellent job.

The Good the Bad and The UglyGood: Brian the sales rep is awesome and he knows his stuff. BAD: Support and service , now this is were Desert Valley Aire fails. They can't seem to give you a time frame on when to do the service. Oh check that yes they can after repeated calls and you have to get nasty with these guys.The Ugly: WOW thier dispatcher is nasty and short and boy watch out for that up front attitude. And "IS THAT ALL", Yes that is all I want, just what I pay you to do......... is that soooo hard.
