I'd give zero stars if I was able to. This was the filthiest most unprofessional dental office I've EVER been to. I called to schedule an emergency root canal. The women answering the phones in the front office confirmed they would be able to take care of me, in her words, "immediately upon my arrival". When I arrived I was blown away by the dirty waiting room, counters, restroom, and dental stations. After having me wait for OVER 3 HOURS I was called to the front desk only to wait for the woman to finish her text messaging and phone calls with multiple friends on her personal cell phone. 25 minutes later, once I interrupted her, she informed me that they did not in fact have any type of emergency services. Also, if I needed the root canal she would need $750 IN CASH at that very moment. Needless to say, I do not carry that kind of cash and was told they were not even able to help me that day anyways because they were "booked solid". I was livid. Left. and have never returned since. There are too many businesses out there to put up with this type of service, or lack there of.

I scheduled an exam and cleaning for the same day. When I got to the office the x-ray's were quick (15 min wait) but everything else took forever!! I was there for over 2.5 hours patiently waiting for an exam and then cleaning. I was checked on twice and told that "it will just be a few minutes." After waiting 2 hours in the chair, the office manager had the nerve to tell me that they don't normally do both appointments the same day, and they were really accommodating me! She was doing me a favor??? After already scheduling the appointments??? To top it all off, after there was a calm disagreement about my deductible, the office manager told me that she didn't know why I just didn't leave (since I didn't want the additional service they were trying to push on me). Very unprofessional and obviously they don't care about their patients at this office. I would never recommend this office to anybody. The cleaning lasted the last 15 minutes of my appointment. Obviously they are not very thorough and have horrible time management. (Dentist was fine... office manager is terrible!!!)

I was in and out quickly and they even financed my treatment plan! I loved it, Gary is cool.
