Been a customer at two separate locations of Desert Rat for many years. Super nice guys, flexable scheduling and reasonably priced.

Would recommend them to anybody A+

Had my off-road lights that i bought somewhere else installed here, they didnt use the wiring harness that came with the lights, instead they charged me for one of their own and they ended up just grounding the lights to the body of the truck instead of the negative terminal on the battery, so now my lights are useless if i am moving with them on, the terminal will just jiggle and they lights will go out. complete waste of money, i will never go here again.

Had a question about a winch guy behind counter couldn't answer my question, told me a mechanic could answer but would have to come back in a couple days. Wouldn't buy anything from these guys, if they were the last shop in phx, I'd buy a Prius. Don't waste your money here
