My daughter had an appointment to have two baby teeth extracted. We got to the office, she signed in and we stood there while the clerks behind the counter just stared at us??? So, I left to run some errands with the expectation of picking her up in an hour (that was the time I was given) or when ever they called ~ I wasn't going far. So, I went home to change shoes (we live 3 minutes away) and I was leaving when I got a knock on my door. Well, to my surprise it was my daughter! I guess that when I had left, one of the clerks told her that I had to be there or sign a consent form (which I had done with a hygienist the day before). They asked her if she could call me and she told them that she didn't have her phone (which we had already made apparent before I left). Then one of them said "well, you can't stay here". So, she walked home. (It is NOT a 3 minute walk.) Did I mention she is 16 with disabilities. I wish I remembered the name of the girl I had spoken with the day before, she was the only person there that conducted herself with any professionalism. My daughter and I went back to the office and I asked for the manager, of course there wasn't one, so I asked for the dentist because they had now cancelled her appointment. I wanted to hear the dentist explain his reason for cancelling her appointment. (The dentist was a no show also.) I also wanted to know why someone hadn't called me - I was 3 minutes away! I would have told them to look in her file for the consent form or I would have driven back up there. I was literally 3 minutes away. I don't like taking time off work nor taking her out of school and then to have the appointment cancelled?? My poor daughter was so distraught and crying when she got home, she said they were mean and rude to her. Who does that? I left her in their care and they made her leave, walk home. I am filing a complaint with the Board of Dental Examiners and I will add the outcome in another review.

Received so much novacain for a simple, yet later discovered uneccessary, deep clean on one tooth that the entire side of my face, including my eyelide were numb for several hours. Later I had pain in the effected tooth for 2 weeks.

If you need fast quick service this is the place to go. If you want compassion, don't bother. I had an extraction that was simple but still left mouth pain and a few sleepless nights, when I called to ask for something to help ease the pain and get me over the hump, they called in a script for ibprofen that they had given me the day before when I left the office! I think they forgot I already had it and it wasn't working.
