Being female, I'm always concerned about being "taken" by mechanics, but here I was treated like a regular customer whose car needed transmission service. Only what was needed was done and I wasn't upsold on anything else. Ladies, this shop is women-friendly!How did I find Denny's Transmission?The mechanic shop I usually take my car to said my transmission problem was serious and I needed a whole new transmission. I did some research online and also found Denny's via Google. So when I went there, all that was needed was to replace valves and some parts, not the whole thing. The price I paid I felt was fair, honest, and the shop has very good ethical standards of the way it does business. Also good turnaround time--the car doesn't sit for days on end like other places! And the invoice of services and labor done was also easy to read and there were no hidden charges.A week later, my car is running and shifting gears like it should at any speed, uphill, downhill, freeways, city streets.I have already recommended the shop to others to keep Denny's in mind should they need tranny work.PS Randy is cool!!

Denny's upgraded my tranny for a fraction of the price. they finished the truck on time and within budget. The shop is clean and the manager was friendly and helpful. I will never go anywhere else for tranny service again

I took my car to Dennys for some work that I was told needed to be done. They checked my car out and explained to me in a manner that i could understand exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. They quoted me a price and explained the details of any and all warranties. I was Very satisfied with the service i recieved from them. I appreciate the time they took to spend with me. Most shops woundn't have done that.
