Absolute Cheater, There are hundereds of Plumbers in the Valley, call anyone but not the Deer Valley. You will never make a mistake.



Technecians on the ground are very skilled and know their job but not the company.



I told them that my water heater is at least 12 year old but they still send the technician to repair and charge me 90 dollar.



When technician came, he just looked at the label and said the water heater is more than 12 year old not worth reparing but will still charge 90 + 15 + Tax.



They did not mention 15 fule charges.



Good cheater be aware of this firm

This is the 2nd time that I have called Deer Valley Plumbing and based on these two experiences they will be the only plumbers that I ever call. Fast response, experienced personned, clean and most important; they give us that Warm & Fuzzy feeling. We just know that they wil fix the problms and at within the estimated prices. Joey did a fantastic job and based on his background, experience and knowledge came up with a solution that literally saved us thousands of dollars.

I thought the work they performed was really excellent. They have a 3 way system if you will, great customer service when you call in - quality plumbing work when they do the job - excellent customer service for a follow up. It was nice to see this from all things a plumbing company.

A hot water line ruptured underneath the kitchen. I had two quotes one from Christian Brothers for 2150 dollars after a service contract i have with them and another with a different company for $1500. You all did the job for 710 dollars and were quick, clean, efficient, honest, friendly, and your tech took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in non plumber terms. Excellent!! Excellent!! WORK. Thank you I'm very satisfied with your company and will use it again in the future. The service tech was the nicest, honest, and hard working service person i have ever had the pleasure to have work on anything of mine. I wish i wouldn't have forgotten his name but he did a great job. I would use your services again and would ask for him specifically. I will also recommend your company to anyone else who needs it.

7 months ago we had our septic pumped because of the gurgling we were hearing from the drains and the smell. After the septic was pumped the gurgling continued so we thought there must be another reason for the gurgling and the occasional odor. Not thinking it was anything serious we put that on the back burner until last Friday. Our plumbing was backing up into our bath tubs which was disgusting. I searched the internet for a local plumbing company and found Deer Valley Plumbing on Judy's List with 20 reviews, all positive. I am a stickler for good customer service having spent 20 years working in it myself. I was pleased they could have someone out the same afternoon. Our plumber was Joey and he is the nicest man. He snaked the drain and found NO CLOG but advised our septic is full! We called the septic company we had used last August and explained the situation. They came back out and pumped the septic again. They tried to convince us we have a serious problem. NO, the only problem we had was when they came out the 1st time they only pumped the liquid and left the sludge. Not that the septic has been emptied the gurgling has stopped and the odor is gone. Thanks Joey for your time and you honesty and help with isolating our problem. He even advised me to print out an online coupon and saved me $25 for the service call. Now that's exceptional customer service! I wish you provided septic pumping service too!

Customer Service is very high on Deer Valley Plumbings agenda. They go out of their way to complete the job in a timly manner and satisfy the customers needs and desires. Great company to work with! I'll use them often in the future.
