Deer Valley II's location is 15 years old and in excellent condition, located in a business- industrial area, our location is next to a major freeway exchanges. We have 644 units total, ranging from 10x30 down to 5x5 in unit sizes; we also have 344 climate controlled units ranging from 5x5 to 10x15 in unit size. We also have 40 outdoor uncovered RV boat or truck parking spots. All units are on one level and most units are drive up units, we have large easy to negotiate isles that are very easy to navigate in, all aisles are well lit and wide enough that you can park your car or truck at your unit and still have plenty of room for others to get by. We have been at this location for almost six years and have never had anything stolen from this location including the RV parking spots. This location has only one set of gates a entry and exit gate located at the front of the property, each gate has a key pad that is used for entry and exit of the facility, we do have 24 hour access but that is limited to a must need basis. All entry and exit into the facility is recorded both by gate access codes and cameras including foot traffic. The facility offers free freshly baked cookies, free cold bottled water, a clean restroom, and friendly caring resident managers.
