First, the woman who answers the phone is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Much better than the other 2 companies I called prior. Second, the owner showed up exactly when he said he would and did the job right. He and his assistant were professional and answered all of my questions. Finally, they were offering a $50 rebate as a special when I called, and they really honored it - not weeks later, but immediately, upon finishing the job! I wasn't really expecting this extra step, but it does speak volumes about the way this company operates. I would recommend this company, and, if the need arises, would use them again.
