I give the CAW management 5 NEGATIVE stars. The once owner of the business continuosly violates labor laws by not allowing his employees to take legally mandated breaks during an 8 hour shift. Eddie is impossible to deal with as he is constantly changes his mind on how things should be done (which ALWAYS result in inferior products being delivered to CAW's paying Customers), and verbally abuses those who have not anticipated his changes. The employees are great to work with and are a wealth of knowledge and professionalism. The management skills of Eddie are severely lacking. I would NOT recommend working WITH or FOR CAW. M.R.R.
