This company is a scam. Wish I had read reviews about them before i did business. They have changed their name to CTW Flooring and the owner has also changed his name and after calling Registrar of Contractors I found out that they are not licensed. They are the same owners and even changed their personal names because of their bad business ethic. Be careful they are out to take your money. Stay away from 2235 n. 35th ave in phoenix.

what you are reading is TRUE, DO NOT DO ANY BUSSINESS with this company Enterprise floors. Plain and simple they will RIP you OFF. I purchased wood floor product was returned as price was increased date of installation. Michael refused to return any of my money. I had to take him to small claims court won my case against him. I was rewarded judment for return of my money plus filing fees $1190.00. I am in the process of trying to collect my money at this time. I regret the day I ever stepped into that place it has been a nightmare!! stay away from there trust me!!

I have bought carpet for my house and ceramic for my father in law in February 2011, and we are very happy with this company, mike is experienced, and the company gave us the lowest price. Our experience was very very pleasant!!

He is a lying, cheating scumbag. Trust me -- everything you've heard in the other reviews is true. This guy should be avoided at all costs. He advertises in the the Clipper and the ad looks legit, but he's a terrible businessman.



Believe me, I wouldn't let this guy do flooring if he PAID ME. Probably the worst experience I've ever had with any contractor, and currently have an open case against him with the ROC. His license is on probation for a reason.



DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I paid this company almost $5000 last May for new flooring and I have nothing to show for it. My floor started "coming apart" after only a couple weeks. The owner, Mike Raffi, has refused to keep his word to us about refunding some of our money. We had to totally rip out this floor and hire a new company to replace it, which has cost us a few more thousand dollars so far. Mike has constantly lied to us about sending our money, sending reports we have requested, etc. Their workmanship is poor quality as well. We are now in the process of trying to get some of our $5000 back as we have NOTHING to show for our money. I am so angry at this company and Mike Rafi. Do not do business with him - you will be sorry. I would not give this company even 1 star, but that was not an option.

This company is a scam. They also charged me $100 "Refundable" deposit to give me an estimate and down payment for my carpet. (If I were to purchase from them). But, After quoting me a low price just to get my $100. They came out and try to up the price on other products. They also measured wrong.



I do not recommend them. Now that I check BBB.com I see why have had so many complaints.

This merchant has disappointing business ethics, which I suggest they need to improve.



I agreed to pay a deposit of $100 in order to have the merchant come to my house for measurements and a cost estimate. I provided them with my billing and contact information and they gave me a 2-hour window for their arrival: 4 to 6pm.

However, when Enterprise still hadn't shown nor called by 6:30pm, I contacted another company for my urgent carpet project and left a message on Enterprise's machine. Enterprise showed at 6:45pm, and I had to turn them away.

Enterprise charged me $100 for a service I never received. To this day (1 month later), the manager of Enterprise, Michael, dodges responsibility and refuses to return my money!
