I've been with Cricket for about a year now and although I love their 'No Contract' plans, but I've had very bad experiences with their support resulting in their Suspending my account.



When their account support from Asia answers your call, often times they place you on hold to review your account info and the hold times out resulting on hanging up on you. 2nd, they are not professional or practice courtesy when discussing difficult issues.



More importantly, my account was suspended due to a "Transfer Fee" incurred Oct/Nov 2008 of $15.00 and they would not waive that billing.



I was robbed Nov 17th 2008, and my cell phone was 1 of the many items stolen. I called in this theft and Cricket placed my cell phone in 'Suspense'. By the time I purchased a new phone and had it reactivated at the Phoenix store (29th Ave), the 'Suspense' period of 10-14 days had expired resulting in a 'Reactivation Fee' for my new phone. I paid all costs and balances due at that time in order to Reactivate my phone. I paid my phone bill on time, 1/23/09 for 1/24/09 due date) and the following Monday Cricket Suspended my account for non-payment of a 'Transfer Fee' for Oct/Nov 2008.



Although I was unaware of any 'Transfer Fee' due when I paid all costs & balances for 2008, Cricket Support (800#) would not reinstate my account.



I'm mad as hell for the several attempts to explain this (while they hung up on me several times) and would not understand and reinstate my account at any supervisor/manager levels.



I WILL TAKE OTHER OPTIONS, NOT EXCLUDING LEGAL ACTIONS, TOWARD CRICKET !



I have all my receipts of costs & balances paid (with credits approved) at the time of my reactivation, Dec 11, 2008, and when I attempted to share this with the Cricket Rep at their store (9201 N 29th Ave, Phoenix, AZ), their patrol guard threw me out of their facility for approaching the counter (to see if the Rep who originally serviced me was working at that time). I was willing to wait for the same Cricket Rep to review my issues but the patrol guard ordered me out for approaching their service counter. I tried to explain why I approached the counter and was willing to wait for my service number for my turn in line but the guard was arrogant and forced me out of their service area.



I'm Very Dissatisfied Cricket Customer.
