i have never had any trouble with cricket communications up until 3 days ago when i went to get a new phone at the cricket store at 7th ave and union hills drive. the manager of the store was trying to multitask by helping 3 other customers while trying to help me. it took over an hour and a half to get a new phone and have the number switched over which at any other store i have visited takes maybe 10 minutes.
