My 22 month old child broke his leg under the so-called supervision of creative beginnings within 5 days of being there. CB called me to pick him up because he wasn't putting any wait on his leg. I asked what happen: "he fell of a bike" , which turned out to be a guess. They had know idea of what happened and were lying. When I picked him up it clear he needed to go to the hospital. CB recommended John C Lincoln child e.r. X-ray show he had a broken leg. Now I get to deal with all the clerical/bill paper work to make sure CB takes care of the bill. My son had a full cast above his knee and half way up his thigh for 5 weeks. Needles to say, I wasn't going to bring him there with his cast. Now I am taking off of work to stay home with my son to give him the 1 on 1 care he needs. I Took my son back to CB for one week after his cast was taken off. Every time I picked up my son his diaper needed to be changed and his face was dirty. Seems like the teacher at CB are lazy and just don't care about the children's well being, It's sad!!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB.

There are many issues with this Learning Center, one of which is the poor management style of the 2 leaders. Many times these "leaders" have over looked, or allowed things to occur which would boggle the mind, and safety. This is a dangerous precedence that has been set by the Senior staff, which begs to wonder what the owners take on this is, since she "should" be aware of those she has placed in authority. What else has been over looked? Let alone the flagrant nepotism. If you look at the previous comments, you will notice they are all in 2012. 1 complaint, which was an ex-employee, and a variety of "owner inspired" positive responses. How can one truly judge the validity of this place with this type of action. Best bet is to honestly check the place out. You might want to look for cockroaches and mice droppings just to be on the safe side.

Your a nut job ur self smiling something... you have no room to say something about a daycare you worked at for a week...CBLC is a great day care n i will keep taking my childern there till they cant go no more..

I was shocked to see the review by Shrew. I've had two of my children il CBLC. My son is now in Kindergarten(he started going to CBLC at age 2) and above average with all his school work. I would like to thank CBLC for being involved with that. He learned to write, dos some sign language, speak a little Spanish. He is looking forward for Summer Break so he can return to the great staff, his friends and the fun activites they have. My daughter, now 2, started going there since she was 6 mos old. She absolutely loves it, and the staff all love her. They are teaching her so much, including potty training. I could go on and on about all my great experiences with CBLC, but that's just way too much to write! I love you guys! Thanks for taking care of my children for me!

I just read the reviews and "wow!" smiling shrew is a nut job. She must be the disgruntled employee that wanted to spread lies. I also want to mention that my 4 year old can write her own name without looking PHOENIX (not easy even for grown ups), count to 30 in english, count to 10 in spanish and she has learned a ton of other things that as a single mom of 3 I dont always have time to work on with her. Thank you CBLC.

I just want to say that my kids have been enrolled at CBLC since my son was 2 years old and my daughter was 3 months old. They are now 4 an 8. The staff is wonderful and my kids love going there. My kids have also made great friends that will last a long time even when going to different elemetary schools. I am even on first name basis with some of the other parents. Great organization.

I've had both my children here at Creative Beginnings since they were in the infant room all the way to preschool graduation. The front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can approach them with any question, and they take care of any issues right away. The teachers are loving and help the children grow and learn every day. My daughter has many friends and has learned some Spanish from their curriculum. My son is now in first grade and can read at a third grade level. The hours are great for families with two working parents and the cost is very affordable compared with other daycares. We recommend Creative Beginnings to all our friends.

My grandson has attended Creative Beg. for almost 5 years. The teachers and staff have been wonderful in creating a fun, and safe learning enviornment. Not only is their art work creative but the education is outstanding. My grandson had surpassed the requirements to graduate kindergarten by the time he was 4 and also learned some sign language and spanish. The center is brightly colored with a cheerful array of creative art work. It's always clean and organized. The staff is always willing and able to help you out in any way they can and their unique personalities gel together to create a warm, caring atmosphere.

I started taking my daughter here when she was only a couple months old, she is now 15months old and loves everything about this learning facility. The teachers and staff are amazing. I am one of those moms that hours vary from day to day. I have been at CBLC from VERY early in the morning to closing time and everywhere in between. Not only do they teach the children they also go far beyond what is "called for" in a daycare. The staff here is VERY OUTGOING, LOVING, and CARING. Who ever has said that they are abusive obviously doesn't know THIS daycare very well. These children can speak just fine if any kind of abuse and or mistreatment was occurring this place wouldn't be in business.

I took my daughter out of a daycare where she cried ever morning and did not want to go, ever since she has been in this daycare she does not cry. In fact she can not wait to go to daycare everyday. so who ever this person is that i saying this is the worst daycare then you must have the wrong place. I love the satff there and trust them very much, and i am a very picky mother on where my child goes to....

I have had 5 children go though cblc. They have been nothing but great to my children and myself. They are willing to go the extra mile to help poeple out when they need it. The day care is always clean and smell good. All the teachers and office staff is very very nice.

I have been with Creative Beginnings Learning Center for six years, and my children love it! They are learning so much off the curriculum, and my child who just started school has exceeded the requirements for kindergarten. Creative Beginnings is a loving place, the teachers are awesome with working with the kids, and always communicate with the parents. I love this daycare facility and recommend it to so many other parents and they are still attending the facility. Another great asset about Creative Beginnings is that it is ALWAYS clean, the halls are clean, bright, and full of the childrens art work, and always smells awesome!!!! Very sorry if you did not meet Creative Beginnings employee requirements, maybe child care is not for you!!!

this is SERIOUSLY the worst daycare I have EVER worked in!Almost every SINGLE teacher is abusive to the students, the rest let the abusive teachers have their way.I saw kids being locked into closets for not napping, yelling at children, talking badly about the child right in front of them, and even gossiping about childrens home lifes, right infront of the child.If you want to tramatize your child, this is the best place to have that done!I am currently looking into legal actions against this center, it needs to get SHUT DOWN!
