Jenise did a great job, she listened to my direction and followed through as requested. Oddly, this rarely happens at other chains. I'll keep going back.

I went in for the first time to try them out, as I normally go to Great Clips. My haircut is a fairly simple one, 7/8" on top and 5/8" on the sides. Well, my stylist Ashely couldn't manage my simple cut. My bangs were not trimmed evenly and my sideburns were cut so one was angled up while the other was angled down. Small things, but for an easy haircut no excuses. Then it came time to pay. I put most of my purchases on a card and this became an issue because I just purchases their 4 for $40 gift card promo. So, she said she would put "a few dollars" on my card for tip on a separate transaction. Come to find out she charged me $8 for a tip. Unacceptable.
