The apartments are now called Dunlap Falls. Several tenants have been injured due to construction mess. New mail boxes have been put in but the Manager will not give the keys to tenants until February rent is paid. Many people have bank cards coming in the mail and tax refund checks that they cannot get. I believe this is a federal offense. I moved here in June, the original office manager was very friendly, then greystsr came and only wanted to evict everyone, and now we have someone else. We get a 48 hour notice almost every single day saying 'management is using their right to enter on so and such dates'. Many tenants have missed work on these dates to be home and they never show up.I moved here to save money lol. My new neighbors who rented a much nicer apartment right next to me are paying over 100.00 less for the same size apartment. We are suffering through this construction disaster but we have to pay 950.00 rent.

They have changed managers 3 times in less than a year. They are now called Dunlap Falls. We have had to move to another apartment because of what they call upgrades going on.... we were not informed of this when we moved in. Rent is going up with a few weeks notice. These places are not safe, no screens or locks on windows. My sisters bedroom window is screwed shut. For the first two months we didn't have hot water it would get luke warm at best. Bugs, scorpions and god only knows what else are in these apartments. They hired security but they are only here about 1/2 the day if your lucky. The homeless are breaking into the units and living in them. They are not doing anything to control the robberies. There was a shooting in the next complex. Don't move in here this place is not healthy for anyone. City of Phoenix is why they are doing the so called " upgrades ".
