Scott was our service tech, he was very professional and serviced our unit. He was out last year doing a repair, and we requested him again this year

I had another tune up with ACE AIR and they again did a great job. The tech showed up on time and walked me through the process. Also showed me a few ways to save money on my AC bills this summer. Thanks again ACE AIR!!!

I just moved to Phoenix and I purchased a foreclosed home. It is so hot here. I do not ever want to deal with a broken air conditioner. The one on this house is pretty old. I had 3 different companies at my home to look at my air conditioner. I tried to speak with my husband about price and quality. I was not able to really explain the details. One of the companies wanted to charge me to come back out to meet with me and my husband. But not Ace Air. The guys was more than pleased to meet my husband. Between the two of them they decided it would be in our best interest to replace the unit instead of repairing it. We would recommend to everyone. Except we just moved here. Si I decided to write a good review instead.

It is always so stressful when you have to repair something in your home. I anticipated my ac repair to be very expensive. When the technician arrived he assured me he would inspect every component to find my problem. He was honest and even showed me the part that was not working. I really trust Ace Air.

So far...we're not impressed with ACE. We purchased a new a/c unit last night and was promised a phone call early today to set up install time. They never called. Had to call them three differant times. We feel as though they got our money and they forgot about good customer service.

This company is the best!....I had my AC repair by them and they came out same day. I called 3 different places and they told that I had to be under their contract in order for them to come out same day...:( They really saved me since I have 1 year old and my wife was 8 moths pregnant. It was either hotel or getting it fixed ASAP....Ace Air fixed within few hours. Technician was professional and courteous. Thank you Ace Air!

My air conditioner wasnt cooling and I called Ace Air. It was like 110 degrees out and they were able to get there the same day. The technician said the company that put it in didnt wire it up right. It took him half an hour and everything worked perfectly. They are very honest. I would have bought a new air conditioner if I had to but they did not take advantage of me. I am going to use them on my other properties when my contracts are up.

5 Stars! I called Ace Air a couple of weeks ago for a service. To start off, they were here in less than 6 hours. When the tech arrived he was extremely courteous and polite. He immediately went to work on my unit and advised that my 13 year old unit was practically shot and advised a replacement. Money is tight these days but after seeing that it would cost almost as much to repair it as to replace it I had to make a serious decision. When he explained all of the payment options, I decided to purchase a new unit. They offered financing, tax rebates and dealer rebates, SRP rebates, free duct cleaning, discounted insulation, etc. The installers were there in less than 2 days and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and kept true to all of the promises that were made. I will recommend Ace Air to all of my friends and family. Kudos to you, Ace Air. You're #1 in my book.

Ace AIR is a terrible company. I received a phonebook that had their magnet attached to the front of it. The magnet said 10 percent off and so I called them today when my AC unit started blowing hot air. They said my compressor was shot and I needed to replace it or replace my complete system. There prices were very expensive and I declined both repairs. The 10 percent off was a joke. I called another company out and the Technician Doug from their company was able to replace a couple smaller parts and get my system working properly. He gave me a 15 percent discount and a 25 dollar off coupon. It pays to call smaller companies. Don't get burned by ACE AIR.

David, our sales person walked us through every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone. One of the installer spoke with neighbor and 2 addtional people bought units from this company. All of us are extremly happy with our Carrier A/C.
