Started a kitchen remodel the first week of May 2013, here it is July 1st and they are still not done. All we were doing is replacing cabinets and counter tops, adding some under cabinet lighting and putting in a tile back splash. Not one person who they sent here to do work has done the job right the first time. They have all had to come back a second time to fix their mistakes. We still have a very long scratch in three of our floor tiles and a dent in the wall they have not yet addressed. The plumbing was connected backwards, they have no electrician to finish our lighting, and they seem to have forgotten all about the tile work that needs to be done. They will not return our calls and don't seem to care that its been almost 2 months and not only is the job not finished, but they don't seem to be in any hurry to fix what they damaged in the process so far.

I recently suffered a flood to my home and when I spoke with my insurance company about what to do they recommended Concept Builders. Following my adjusters advice turned out to be the best decision. They responded to my need that very night and the following day they began the process of estimating and repairing my home.

I can now say that my home is just like it was before my flood and I am tickled pink.
