My wife bought me a tool chest for Xmas. Conway was in charge of delivery. The driver was super nice. But there was a misunderstanding and I couldn't accept delivery. My service rep was super rude and disrespectful. Her behavior was not necessary. I sent the whole order back because of her. These guys don't know what their doing. Beware!
