I have been using these guys for more than a year now and never had any issues. It's nice that you aren't required to sign a contract and if they spray 2months in a row they guarantee if you see any bugs after that they will re-spray for free. That being said the last 2 appts. that I had scheduled with them did not go well. The first time they were supposed to be there on Thursday between 10am and 12 pm and the technician called @ 12pm and said he was 20 mins. away. Well I had to be to work at 12:30pm so I told him we would have to re-schedule, was not happy! Not only did they NOT call back to reschedule me but when I called to make another appt. they could not come back out until Tuesday, okay fine. So for Tuesdays appt. they were supposed to be there to spray between 8am and 10am, Crystal they receptionist calls @ 10 till 10 and says the technician is about 30 mins. away. I am extremely irritated at this point and ask her why they seem to be so unorganized and that I feel like they are completely wasting my time at this point. She acted like she had no idea why I was so upset!?! Really, this is the 2nd time you guys messed up, like I don't have better things to do with my time then sit around and wait for you guys to show up to do YOUR JOB!!!! So after she laughs and blames their lateness on the rain they finally end up coming and spraying, needless to say we WILL NOT be doing business with them AGAIN! My advice, don't let them waste your time, call someone who actually shows up when they say they're going to.
