I have used CPec for many years for service and new equipment at the various apartment properties I have managed over the years. A CPEC service tech recently helped me out greatly with a service issue on an older coin operated washer I had been struggling with and I just wanted to say thanks to CPEC for once again showing that they are skilled in their business. I will continue to use cpec and appreciate their service.

I usually don't post messages like this but there aren't many companies out there any more that go the extra mile. I have been extremely happy with the service and attention I get from CPEC. I purchased a laundromat in Phoenix and found out there were a lot more problems to solve than I had expected. It has taken CPEC over a month to fix a washer dryer issue. Phone calls are never returned, service men don't show up. I am horrified by the service we have recieved.
