Management at Coconut Grove Apartments is PATHETIC. Heather and her sidekick, Karen Morales, are the biggest idiots who try to manage Coconut Grove Apartments but fail at everything. What a joke !!! They are ignorant, fail to make repairs, non compliance with Arizona Laws as documented by the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Unit, 200 W. Washington St., 4th floor, Downtown Phoenix, tel: 602-262-6011, mon-fri 8am-2pm. A Phoenix Police Officer who responded to my apartment after i came home to find my apartment door open, called Karen Morales an 'IDIOT' - and i agree, vagrants on property, drug use and sales on property with the full knowledge of Heather and Karen Morales, repairs not being made, filthy swimming pool, dog crap all over property, cockroach infestation, air conditioning does not work, stove top not working, apartment was dirty and not freshly painted, floor tiles coming up from being poorly installed, laundry rooms are a joke, not giving proper notices, failure to comply with 5 day notices to make repairs, failure to comply with 10 day notices to make repairs, unlawful access, verbal abuse from management, slum property - SLUMLORD, refusal to provide rent receipts, DISCRIMINATION, health and safety non-compliance, unsafe living environment, retaliatory actions, and MURDER. Yes, MURDER AT COCONUT GROVE APARTMENTS. Karen Morales did not tell me that a previous tenant of apartment 364, a 23 year old dancer named Latrina Stafford was previously murdered in my apartment and then set on fire in the apartment in an attempt to cover up her MURDER ( http://archive.azcentral.com/specials/special14/articles/0715coldcase15.html ).



WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO LIVE AT COCONUT GROVE APARTMENTS OR ANY OTHER TUSCAN GROVE PROPERTIES ??? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND AWAY FROM HEATHER AND KAREN MORALES !!!

Moved in tues and its fri and ac still broke.The manager and corp.manager keep.telling me they will check.but nvr do and give me the run around im calling 3 on my side news and tenant lawyer they messed with the wrong person
