I went yesterday and met the rudest people who took my order. I asked for the plain wash. The ticket writer asked me if I wanted a detail. I said no to him 4 different times. I explained I was there for what I originally request at least 3 times and then he turned me over to another guy who started touching my window and trying to fix them. I also explained to this guy even though he heard me with the previous guy that ALL I wanted was a car wash. What is so hard to understand? I will never go back there! And recommend that nobody else does. It was such a horrible experience that I am still mad today. Don't give this business your hard earned money. Let them lose their business because of their poor/horrible customer service.
