Living in Scottsdale and loving the clean roads has now been polluted by this company. I called the company as one of their trucks was losing boxes, debris, and trash all over the road and this so-called manager Dusty did not care one bit. I called Dusty four times after his receptionist Danielle said he would pick up.... three times and he did not. I finally gave up and called Scottsdale PD to report the issue. About 10 minutes later Dusty called me I did not answer. I called him back so I could use an application on my phone to record his phone call I'm glad I did the man is a jerk, careless, heartless, and incompetent. His heartless comments to me after I told him large boxes were coming in contact with the school bus traveling on the road he acted like he didn't care so I told him I reported him to the Police department, his comment back to me was "it's okay" I told him there could've been a serious accident on a one lane road with cars traveling both ways with boxes flying everywhere and this man Dusty did not care one bit!!!! Really upset me knowing that he knew the kids driving to school were in danger from his company truck dropping trash all over the road and then he proceeded to tell me that the truck was covered when I have video and photos of it not covered at all. And my eyes this is a brutal, careless, heartless company if a man like this dusty character works there let alone as a manager, makes me sick. Just think if one of your kids were on that school bus on the way to school and an oncoming car was blinded by boxes and debris from this truck and the car struck a school bus HEAD on. And again Dusty's comment was "it's okay". What a pathetic man! I'll do the best I can to make sure no one in Scottsdale uses this company. I wish I could post video and pictures with this review because I would and my recorded phone call with Dusty.
