I am currently in my sixth year serving on our Board. CPM is an outstanding management company. The previous manager was Brad . It was a very good relationship while he served us. Our current manager is David. He has been in his position for just over a year. His knowledge, communication skills and follow-up are beyond reproach. I look forward to completing the rest of my term with him.

City Property Management has been our property mangers for our HOA at Chandler Crossing Estates for over 20 years. I have been on our HOA board for over 15 years and have had zero negative experiences with City Property. Our property manger does a fabulous job!! She is always on top of issues. She returns phone, email, texts promptly. City Property has helped us to stay on top of outstanding homeowners and has guided us to reduce the number and dollar amount that is past due. City Property stays informed about the every changing legislation that effects our HOA and they share that info with us regularly. Always professional and extremely supportive. Overall, City Property makes our job as HOA board members very easy and we appreciate all the work they do to help make our community the best it can be.

I spoke with Mary Jane LaBut and she was very helpful and welcoming me to Arizona, She went out of her way to resolve our issues we had with our brand new home. Gave me helpful and friendly service as we have never had an HOA before. She called me back to make sure our issues were resolved. I really am glad that I have a contact person to help us should we need her in the future.

I love the board portal and view it as the single most significant tool CPMC and the team has given our community. The most important reason is the transparency it provides us and the window it creates into our neighborhood. We can see the financial health, the correspondence with the neighbors, and find areas that need the most attention at a push of a button. This portal allows the board to identify those areas that are most important to the community giving the board the power to control what is important verses the manager having to guess. There are so many other tools the portal provides and is an indispensable aspect of our community. Thank you!

We are Canadian residents who enjoy the beauty and weather of Arizona. We recently built a home that we love, but the managemetn company is driving us crazy to the point we may sell just to leave them! they do not respond to emails or calls, but they sure love to take pictures of our home and threaten to fine us. We left a garbage can out front one time for a day past the garbage day. We are building a pool and the gravel beside the driveway was pushed in due to large tires going over it. We had every intention of replacing the gravel once construction was completed. Very diasppointed and frustrated at their lack of response - unless they want to fine you!
This company has no employee manual or handbook outlining employee policy with regards to employee conduct. The community in which I live is a gated condominium development. It has a gossipy nature. That's to be expected in a place like this. What makes it really bad is that the employees involve themselves in the gossip, and ths really causes alot of desension among the residents. I've contacted the managment at city properties, and they don't seem to be very receptive. I'll have to try some other approach. The board members must be taking kick-backs otherwise they would have terminated the contract. Unprofessional, Disgusting company!
