Older gentleman did not speak to me when I came in (not that big a deal) or offer to help me pick a few cigars in the humidor for some friends and I. I'm new to cigars but know I like a few certain brands I've tried. Made the mistake of pushing one of my favorites I was going to buy through the plastic as I was browsing for others and he yelled "What are you doing!" I stated I was buying that particular cigar and the others I had in my hand and then apologized if I had inadvertently broken cigar etiquette. He stated smelling a cigar makes no difference as they all smell the same. After making me feel like an idiot he then followed me around the store not saying a word and I felt uncomfortalbe and asked if he speaks/treats all his customers in this manner. Decided to pay for the three I had in my hands and cordially let him know I would be taking my business elsewhere and letting my friends and family know of my experience. Would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone! Will take my money down the road to Ye Old Pipe Shop.
