I purchased a Ravelli product less then 2 years ago, their website clearly states and I quote:" Ravelli is committed to providing the best support available. Your Ravelli purchase includes a 10 year warranty for manufacturer defects. We stand behind our products and will gladly help resolve any issue that may arise with your purchase."A serious malfunction in one of their tripods when the plate release piece snapped clean off the tripod causing the plate to move forward and nearly dropping my camera happened. I contacted them several times and they refuse to honor the warranty on the tripod claiming they can't "verify where I purchased from" when nowhere in their website states they will only cover it if its purchased from specific vendors. Their customer service is terrible, their products sub par and basically I was told to buy a new part that cost $70 plus shipping when their tripod costs $100.. A terrible Rip-off and their attitude towards the customers is to ignore emails and refuse to escalate the call/emails.
