This place has helped us a lot , but the customer service is horrible when we get a called to let us know our loan payment is due. The lady who we speak to is always rude. I have 5 years of customer service skills and I know how a customer must be treated and with some gratitude, kindness, respect, and in professional manner. Next time someone calls anyone please make sure to call to let your customers know our loan is due please don't demand anything , you let us know when we need to pay it or what result in when we don't make the payment in a NICELY tone and with MANNERS thank you.
