The staff over at Certified Clean Cars were awesome. The guys over in the auto detailing department really took good care of my car and made it shine like it was brand new. For the low price that I paid, I really couldn't ask for anything more.

I would give this review zero stars if I could. First off, I'm 58 years old and I have been in the automotive field all of my life.
My truck is 23 years old and I have been
detailing it myself yearly for the past 20 years. By detailing, I mean that I wash it with dish soap first, (this takes off any old wax
that's still on the clear coat), then I remove the contaminants on the clear coat with a clay bar. The clay bar gets the clear coat back
to it's original form as it was when it was first painted. In this state, the clear coat can be buffed to remove any small scratches
to make it look better, and then it's ready to wax and polish to restore the finish to it's original condition.

When I dropped the truck off , I explained to Steve Gaines that this is what I would like to have done to my truck. My thinking is,
a used car sales type of business more than likely has a good detailer since used cars should look new for resale.

When I went to pick up the truck, it had obviously not been clay barred because the clear coat had swirl marks over every inch of it.
It was shiny but was scratched all over with the swirl marks. What they did was, wash the truck, then, with the contaminants still on the
clear coat, hit it with a rotating buffer, causing the swirl marks. Then put some wax on it.

I explained this to Steve, he said bring it back so he could make it right. I came to get the truck a second time, the swirls
were still on the finish and laying my palm on the finish and gently swiping over it, I could still feel the contaminents on it. I told
Steve that obviously no one in his organization knows anything about professionally detailing a vehicle and that I want my money
back so that I can find a professional detail shop to do the job right. So far, I'm still waiting for the refund. $200

If these guys can't even detail a vehicle correctly, what else are people not getting for their money?
