We were having problems with the fridge not cooling. Carlos came out and replaced the defroster timer, which they told us was warrantied for four months. A few days later, the problem continued and worsened (water leaking inside the fridge, and ice melting in the freezer). He was a no-show to two appointments back to back, and would not answer his phone or return the phone call after he missed the second appointment. This company did not correct the original problem nor do they honor their warranties.

Tried to rip me off in August 2015. My AC was having problems, they told me I had to spend $2K on a new compressor. Another mechanic came and said just a new Capacitor was needed and did it for $140. Save your money and go to a different AC technician.
