They are/is under NEW management and it appears that the NEW owners are "good" business peeps. They are still working out the kinks but yet and still it's hard to reach ANYONE when you have an Apt. EMERGENCY. Y ? not sure but #'s aren't available for emergencys. To BAB But I love my COZY, PERSONAL space that I've lived in for the past 3 years. But for the fact that we have out grown this place I would DEFINETLY stay. OH, my neighbors are great too.
