If you are looking for a professional, honest, and customer focused contractor to install your next patio then Carrara Shade Solutions is not for you. Don't get me wrong, the installed patio (hired out to a third party contractor) looks wonderful and the bid to do the work came in the lowest of others received. I can honestly say now that paying more for better service would have refi story been worth it. Ken failed to return calls/messages repeatedly, never followed up on the completion of work and lied in three separate conversations about submitting permit information to the city. Please save yourself the aggravation and go with another company.
