Okay help out in some what

They have failed to keep their ommitments to current tenants.
Still to this fate their is no laundry facility on site yet there was when property sold in March of 2016 and then again in August 2016.
Pool is disgusting as they fail to supply pool person with proper access nor chemicals needed to clean and maintain pool..
They have removed on site trash cans, fail to maintain landscape and have somewhat competent employees.
Property Manager never on site yet 2/3 complex is vacant.
They have extreme demands on tenants as they site idly by placing ridiculous monetary penalties without ever a word to tenant. ( fined without knowledge)
