The ladies in this place are rude and have no respect for customers. Waited over an hour to get a moving truck that I reserved in advance. Other customers that came in after me received full help and got their car rental in 20 minutes. Then they didn't have the size trucked I reserved online and wanted to then "upgrade" me and charge me for the upgrade. At that time I decided to take my hard earned money elsewhere. 1.5 hours wasted on this place, on my moving day! Avoid this place like you would ebola! Don't even deserve one star

My son admitted that he had done the damage to the truck..I still wish I had gotten faster service...ooops it was my mistake...yes this is definitely a nice storage facility..I would store there but they have to rent the uhaul trucks out faster

I had a HORRIBLE time renting a moving van and equipment through this place! When I showed up to pick up the van and equipment I had reserved through UHaul.com, Camelback Self Storage did not have my reservation and were curt with me. Luckily they had a truck for me. They were VERY slow signing me up and getting me into their system. Because I was in a rush, I stupidly signed all the paperwork put in front of me. They did not offer a walk-around of the van prior to driving off with it. THAT IS HOW THEY RIP YOU OFF!######When I returned 5 hours later, and exhausted, with the truck, they pointed out some damage and said I had done it. NOT TRUE! But I had signed off on the damage paperwork prior and now I had to pay them $300 for a dented end cap. It was frustrating and expensive. I will never use UHaul again and will caution everyone from using this place. They are rip off artists!
