I have worked with Cafe Valley part-time off and on and they are completely ethical and great to work for. The manager I had is awesome and everyone has been super fair with me even when I have not been working for them. I still buy their cakes and muffins all the time because they taste great and are a great price. In fact I have bought some for a couple Xmas parties and everyone loved them. When I went to the plant it was beautiful and clean, the people all wore protective clothing everything was spotless. Actually it is a really cool bakery! Cafe Valley is a great place!

Hi My Name Is Nina And I Was A Employee At Cafe Valley And I was Getting Paid 7.80 a Hour Now Let Me Remind You Its A Wharehouse I Also Work At aamazon Now awete I Get Paid 1150 And The awork there is way more easier And I work a regular shift and I spend more time with my children while making more money. At Cafe valley we would have to work 12 hours a day for 7 days a week with no days off unless a machine breaks then were lucky I loved my job but its just that for all I was doing there I would if thought the pay was better not to mention you don't get no bonuses or raises and the place is very dirty they rarely wash there pans so that means your using the same pans on different products that's what I call a health hazard...I'm a African American female and I was one of maybe 3 people that spoke English I always wondered if the sheriff ever thought about coming to the place cause it's full of immigrants... I came in to work one day and 3 men got fired for doing things in the restroom that shouldnt have never took place on the restrooms now that is very sick it shouldn't have never happen and really not at the work place what I'm trying to say is that at cafe valley its not easy work and the pay isn't worth it and the place is nasty and is a hazard the only time they wanna act like everything is ran smooth and ok is when the big bosses are coming and then its a whole new different story the jib is. Getting money from all these big businesses but treat Tue employees. Disrespectful and the place is just waiting for a law suit now I can go on and on about this place but I rather not but this place needs higher pay and deeply looked in to
