i found the service to be beyond anything I'd of ever gotten at the dealership! The owner Jim Kenney, was a very easy person to deal with and his knowledge of these vehicles was amazing! I wont go anywhere at this point. I expressed my need for quick service and was treated to my vehicle(which suffered severe damage)being completely repaired two days earlier than the estimated wait time. These guys are great! They go out of their way not just for you but for Cadillacs! These people love Cadillacs! anyone needing Cadillac repairs, these are the guys! I live in Oregon and will drive to Phx for this kind of appreciation!
