Jim did an excellent job. I give him 5 stars. As for the company, if I was to rate them separately, I would give them 3.5. I have no dispute with their professionalism, promptness, knowledge, etc., but their prices are way out of line. I suspect they prefer larger commercial jobs, rather than individual homeowners. I did some checking after the fact (stupid on my part but oh well!) and I estimate I paid almost double what the going rates are for the same work. I had been stood up by two other companies before this and just wanted to get the job done. The company does have an excellent rating with BBB and no complaints with ROC.

Overall five star rating on promptness, courtesy, fairness in pricing, and scheduling and cleaning up the space after work was done, but I took one star off for not checking all the faucets in the house after installing my water heater, and before leaving as he would have discovered that the shut-off valve for the two bathrooms had been left closed. I didn't discover it until it was too late to get someone to come back and see what was wrong, and I didn't know what was causing the problem. Had to forego showers that night and wait til mid morning next day to have a service call. Chance did come back and solved the issue, very simple fix and I appreciated that. But it could have been avoided by double checking everything. I would totally recommend them to other people in spite of this.

Noticed a leaking hot water tank yesterday. Upon close examination this morning I could see corrosion and feared the dam would burst any minute. Contacted Bumble Bee and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send help on New Year's Eve afternoon. Ken showed up promptly at 2:00 PM, joined shortly thereafter by Brad. They did a super job of remove and replace of the hot water heater. Their prompt and efficient service and great demeanor are a rare combination these days! Thank you Ken and Brad!

Professional, personable, explained steps for removal old and installation of new
kitchen faucet.
Clean , even put on bootees before entering the home, made sure all was in properly and no leaks before leaving.
A little pricey but definitely worth the extra. I did get a military discount though, this was a nice gesture brought the price down.

Worked almost exclusively with Jim S. Not only very professional, but also very personable. Answered all my questions and I was very comfortable with the responses. Would have Bumble Bee back again if needed.
