I've lived here three years, and I like it. It's a crime free place, and it does require a background check. The place is well maintained and is one of the best MH parks I have seen. Management does get strict about upkeep and weeds, but to be honest, this would not be such a nice place without that. Live by the rules, and nobody will bother you. This is NOT one of the run down "trailer Park" type of places. Good family atmosphere, too.

If you want a quiet lifestyle with no agitation, don't go here. The management is totally crazy!! People are moving out of here in droves. Management pesters you to death. All up in your business all the time. Nasty attitudes. Think twice or better yet, go elsewhere!!!
