They have a wonderful team that's willing to do anything they can to help you in anyway possible. From Chuy the sales representative, Stella and Brenda in the office and the owner himself. I'm very pleased with bueno used cars and will definitely be back when ready for my next car

I bought my 2006 mitsubishi last year and have had no trouble with it at all. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and the couple of times I was a day late on my payment the girls were very understanding and helpful. I like making payments every 2 weeks it is so much easier for me. I have recommended Bueno to all my friends and one has already bought one from them.

Two years ago I needed a car really bad!! A friend of mine told me about Bueno Cars. Well finally after two years I made my last payment and over the weekend I got a call telling me my title was ready. I want to thank all of the people at Bueno Cars, they have been nothing but wonderful and I always felt welcome. The staff in the office always had a smile on their face, every time I called they always knew who I was and took care of whatever I needed. I really like their service and I know the next car I get, I would not think twice to go see my friend at Bueno Cars. recently paid for my car and I'm very happy,Bueno Used Cars Inc.it is a very good place to buy, what you need they help youvery good customer service, always attentive.very good inventory ,my Santa Fe 2005 pay it in just 1 year and 6 months and I have my Title in hand.I highly recommend
I wouldnt say its bad the owner is great at what he does. Its the people that work for him that makethe place look bad. They lack brains the girls in front seem nice like their just doing their job but the dealers NO WAY should be working their.

If I didn't have to select a star, I wouldn't.
Don't ever buy a car from there unless you have a experienced mechanic who can take the car on a test drive, look under the hood, check the motor mounts, A/C, heat, all major components. AND...if you have to leave the car for repairs, make sure you have a 2nd car or transportation to drive you back home and back to pick up the car because they DO NOT PROVIDE transportation. Even if you have to wait all day!
The very next business day after purchasing the vehicle, I contacted the dealer about the motor mounts. While waiting to go discovered the A/C didn't work and the back window got stuck in the down position. I eventually took it in to be repaired, when went to pick it up, I was basically scolded by the Office Manager.
I audio recorded the entire conversation as well. She told me they fixed the car but I would have to come back because they took parts off in order to get to other parts. She told me I would hear noise too but not to worry because it's from those parts. BUT...when I drove back home, I noticed the motor mounts had NOT been replaced! That was my FIRST AND MAIN COMPLAINT within the first business day after purchase!!
I HAVE EMAILED, TEXT AND CALLED THE OWNER multiple times. I have called the office manager who is also the scheduler who told me she would get back to me after talking to the owner, and still not one call back or an email. I have a list of dates of communication and it's sad that my car just keeps getting worse because they refuse to schedule my car to repair the problem they promised to.
According to my attorney they have a 2nd attempt to fix it and if they don't fix it, they have to give me a full refund within 14 days. THEY ARE AVOIDING COMMUNICATION. But...I can't just go in there because I don't trust they would communicate with me without it being recorded somehow.
THIS PLACE IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. Although...I have to admit, being that I'm such a nice person, the girls have all been very nice to me after one of my emails stating I recorded the conversation. They're just doing their job.
I can write all of this legally because it IS ALL TRUE!!! FACTS!
This is my second time purchasing a quality vehicle from Bueno. My experience has been wonderful! Thank you so much for everything! I traded in my first vehicle I purchased with Bueno. And just purchased a fantastic chevy truck!!!! I would highly recommend Bueno to all my friends and family! YOU ROCK BUENO :)
Do not buy from this place. Simple as that. You'll be grateful you took my advice when you don't have a SUV breaking down on you when you try to get on the freeway after you purchase it.
My husband thought that he had made a deal to purchase specific car here - just waiting for payday to go get it. Payday comes, we go down to Bueno in rental car & Chuy tells us the car has been waiting for us. Lots of waiting around, have to go eat while waiting, then suddenly the whole deal is changed. Now we have to be "approved" by owner (who would not be back till tomorrow of course) - now we have to pay $400 per month for 80 months to get a $7,000 car? So why the sudden change in terms? I don''t know but once they saw my "Anglo" face they play us that way? It was the only thing different so must be the cause. We went down the street and came home with a better car the same day. No dicking around for days on end - no more excuses - from professionals whose cars were road ready, the AC nice & chill. NO BUENO! I told my husband from now on let me read reviews on a business before he goes so far. The reviews on various sites have made me grateful we left when we did.
First off if i could give this place no star at all I would. I've almost got the vehicle I financed paid off not by any help from these idiots. The girls in the front who take your payments are by far the most unquailfied and unknowledgeable people I've met here. They cant answer your questions. Manager and Owner are almost never here so if you have an issue good luck. I had to have a check signed by bueno (isn check) to get my car out of the shop. I have a 9 month old daughter and its July so plus those two together. Not only could I not get my check signed but they couldnt tell me when I could. The arrogant little b word behind the counter told me I should have called first that they were only open for one more hour. So dont have any questions or problems close to their closing time because you wont get any help.
this place is a greatplace to do business with, until you have issues and are late with a payment, they take your car then give you b....s.... about getting it back. The office manager is not trust worthy she wants to pass the buck to aviod being the bad guy. Be very careful who you talk to at this place, they don't seem to talk to each other.
this place is not worth it. bought a used car here that was overpriced to begin with. list price was $6500 and when i showed up after talking on the phone, the sticker price was 8500 as they told me 6500 was the cash price. bought the car and 5 days later it was overheating. brought it in for repair and they couldnt fix it. took my car to the bmw dealership and had it for 10 days. they never called me to let me know when it was ready and after days of calling them, they said it was ready. took the light rail to pick it up and they wouldnt give me the keys because the manager wanted to talk to me. turns out he wasnt there and was "in a meeting". called him directly and he said he wouldnt be in to the office that day. told the whole staff to piss off and took my money back. wish i could give 0 stars. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!
