PURCHASED TRUCK SEPT. 2015 & THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. I HAVE AUTO PAY SET, WELL I JUST CHANGED BANKS AND MY DIRECT DEPOSIT WAS MESSED UP. WELL, I WAS WORRIED THAT THEY WHERE GONNA SAY OH WELL!!! NOPE NOT AT ALL, THEY WORKED WITH ME ( BUT WE'VE NEVER BEEN LATE).....THANKS, BUENO

I have been coming to Bueno for years and have bought all my family's cars from them as well as referred many friends as well. The reason why? Simply because they have the best customer service, the best employees, and best selection of vehicles hands down. What sets them apart from al the other "buy here pay here" dealerships is you actually feel they care, and it shows in every possible way. From the kindness of the staff and salesmen to the President Anthony himself, who is always walking the premises making sure anyone that enters his dealership is being treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Salesmen Chuy is very knowledgable and such a kind soul, you never feel pressured during the process but more like your buying a car from your Grandfather. Buy this I mean he is so inviting and makes you feel so comfortable, like you are family. Not only is the buying experience great but also the ongoing experience afterwards is above average and excellent as well, So many places after getting you into your vehicle their customer service dwindles so fast after the initial sale, but not here. Brenda one of the many amazing account executives over at Bueno and is always eager to help with a smile always on her face. Simply put. I have been doing business with Bueno for about six years. They are a buy-here pay-here used car dealership; in other words, they sell you a car and also handle the financing. For people like myself with less than stellar credit they are a option you may want to consider. I'm just about to pay off the second car I bought from them. The interest rate on the loans I had with them were quite high but that's the cost of having bad credit and not something to be held against Bueno. I might not have been able to get a car at all if not for them. This is not a very large dealership so they don't have a huge selection of cars but they have a more personal, friendly atmosphere than you would find at a large car lot. I have heard many horror stories about buy-here-pay-here dealerships and the unscrupulous business practices that many of them employ. Thankfully this was not the experience I had with Bueno. I got two really good used cars through them and would recommend them to anyone having difficulty obtaining financing for a car.PromoCode: SS101

Easy to work with also they are very helpful and respectful. Good cars to buy and in good condition not like other company's were they sell messed up cars. I highly would recommend Bueno Used Cars to family and friends.

I highly recommend Bueno Used cars; they made it possible for me to own the car of my dreams! When I began my search for a used car I knew there would be obstacles due to my credit. As I searched through many small dealerships not only were they not BBB accreted they didn’t have a very good selection, and because of my credit I wasn’t able to purchase a car through a big dealership. Luckily my cousin purchased a car at Bueno Used Cars and recommended me, he told me how great the staff was and that the process was so smooth, best part was that he drove away in his new car that same day! Honestly the fact that they are BBB accredited made me feel at ease, so I decided to go there! The day I went the staff was just amazing! I found my car and fell in love, but for the car I wanted I didn’t have enough of the down payment, so they set up a plan for me to do payments on my down payment and made it possible for me to drive away in the car of my dreams that same day! I’ve had my car for a year and half and have not had any trouble! Every time I go to make my payment the ladies at the front desk are always so kind and friendly! my name is kymberly eppinger and my daughter reffered me to this car dealer ship. at first i was skeptikal because it was a buy here pay here but when i got there everybody was so nice and they have a huge selection of cars that all look basically brand new. i got a malibu and i dont have any problems with it, runs like its brand new. i test drove sooo many cars because i was so picky, they worked with my down payment and they worked with me until i found something i liked. my sales man was thomas hes the same guy that helped my daughter.. he was great and the girls in the front are great to, they will work with you if you need help..!!! i would definitely buy more cars from here, when i get my youngest daughters firt car i will come here!!my name is kymberly eppinger

I recently got a mercury mountineer 2003 last dec. and I have no problems with this car.. I went to Bueno used cars with 500 down and I was literally in and out. they work with any type of credit.. my sales man was Thomas and he was soooo cool I loved him.. I sent my mom to him a month later and she was so difficult and picky they still dealt with her until she was satisfied.
