Prepaid for a car in PHX online. When we picked it up it looked like there was spilled coffee on the seats, not clean. The car seemed to drive fine. When we returned it they asked us to please sign for a $150 extra. Excuse me? I already paid $250. Yes but if you are under 25 we charge you $27 extra per day. Well thanks for disclosing that! They would not talk to us and just said, "that sucks!" Wow. I have never felt so screwed over. You would think that when you PREPAY for a car you are done paying and won't get hit with an extra $150 fee. Extremely unprofessional and should be reported to the BBB. Budget is not the rental car agency you want to use unless you like getting screwed over.

We had a bad experiance with trying to get a replacment for a rental car we got from California to visit some relatives in Arizona, on our way we found that our air condition didn't work, and tried to exchange cars in Bullhead City, with the worst attitude from a girl named Erica, anyway we couldn't exchange cars till we were on our way home at the Phoenix airport where we met Lynette. I will tell you that Lynette is awesome and gave us the best treatment anyone could ask for and set us up in top of the line SUV to help our trip home a much more pleasant drive than we had all along. Lynette you are great and much appreciated. Thanks so much for your help and genuine concern, we look forward to renting from you in the future but suggest no one rent from Bullhead City Budget.

IN ADDITION TO THE GOOD RATE THAT I GOT ONLINE. THAT DIDN'T PLEASE THEM TO GET A 20 $ /DAY FULLSIZED CAR, THEY DENIED THEY HAVE THE BRAND I WANTED, THOUGH WHEN WENT DOWN FOUND THEM ALL, THEY MADE THEIR BEST AND FORCED GAS, INSURANCES.., GPS,....TILL THEY YOUNG HANDSOME GUY LOST HIS NERVES AND STARTED TO MUMBLE WITH "F" WORDS.

ANYWAYS, STAY CALM, STICK TO YOUR PRICE THAT YOU GOT ONLINE, OTHERWISE, THEY WILL GIVE YOU DOUBLE PRICES.

THE GOOD THING, IS THAT THEY RETURNED MY CAMERA THAT I LEFT, AND OF COURSE ITS A DIFFERENT DEPT.....AT LEAST THEY HAVE SOMETHING GOOD.
